Finding an office in Geneva can be a difficult task. To help our current and future clients, we have identified a number of ways to simplify this difficult task.

Websites

There are of course websites that provide a good overview of potential offices to rent in Geneva. These include Homegate, Immostreet and ImmoScout24. We would recommend that initially you have a look at the offices available on these websites.

Office searches

As many offices are not advertised on web sites but can only be traced through local expertise, we also carry out targeted searches based on the parameters you are working within. If you are interested in a targeted search please send us an email to geneva@dryden.ch for further information. 

Temporary offices

If you have a requirement for stylish central offices in the short term (three to six months) while you are looking for your new permanent offices, we can provide temporary offices to overbridge this period. Permanent offices

At any time we have a number of clients and organisations who have offices which they would like to vacate if a replacement tenant can be found. These offices are not usually advertised however they are available for a suitable tenant. If you are looking for permanent offices, advise us by email of your requirements and we will inform you if offices are available.
