Dryden Associates SA was founded in 2008, offering accounting, taxation, and advisory services to international companies in Switzerland and has grown steadily since its incorporation.

In 2010, it joined the International Association of Independent Accounting Firms (INAA) with 140 members in 50 countries. Following the acquisition of a major specialist payroll company in 2018, the company was rebranded as Dryden ICS SA.

The group expanded further by acquiring Von Rohr & Associates, a Swiss outplacement specialist, in 2020.

In February 2024, Dryden Associates SA became the Dryden Group.
