The liability of Dryden ICS SA concerning any of the services listed above is hereby strictly limited to the annual fee charged for the particular service, for the number of years any claims are made against Dryden ICS SA.

Limited Liability

Dryden ICS SA is a limited liability company. Any reference to a person as a partner is a reference to an employee with equivalent standing and qualifications, the designation partner having no legal basis in a Swiss limited liability company i.e. a partner is an employee only. All correspondence and other communication sent to you in the performance of our services shall, for all purposes, be assumed to have been sent on behalf of the Company. Any liability arising out of the services provided by us to you in this matter, shall be a liability of the Company and not of a partner, employee or consultant personally. Accordingly, by confirming your instructions you agree that you will not bring a claim against a partner, employee or consultant personally.

As part of the services that we provide to you, you may request us to upload payments into e-banking on your behalf, including payment of salaries. Given current and ever increasing cyber security risks, this is a service we would prefer not to provide to you but one which you wish us to carry out on your behalf. We endeavour to take reasonable precautions to mitigate risk but it is still possible that a financial loss could arise through no fault of our own. Any liability arising out of uploading bank payments into e-banking on your behalf shall be limited to a maximum of CHF 1’000 per payment. Accordingly, by confirming your instructions you agree that you will not bring a claim against Dryden ICS SA for any claim in this respect for more than CHF 1’000 per payment.

Payments of our invoices

For security purposes, kindly note that any change in our bank account details will be communicated to you in writing, via an updated engagement letter. We will not communicate any change of banking details to you by email or by phone.
